What Happens If My VIP Points Change?

Your VIP Tier is determined dynamically in real-time by your current VIP Points balance. There are no timers or countdowns to worry about. Instead, the platform automatically monitors two distinct thresholds for each level: an upgrade threshold and a downgrade threshold.

• Reaching a Higher Tier: To advance to a new tier, your balance simply needs to hit the upgrade threshold designated for that specific level.

• Maintaining Your Status: To protect your progress, the downgrade threshold is set exactly 10% below the upgrade threshold. This creates a protective buffer zone.

How Does the Protective Buffer Zone Work?

This buffer zone prevents your status from fluctuating or dropping due to minor point updates or standard account activity.

Once you unlock a new tier, you will secure that level and all its exclusive benefits. Your status will only drop to the next lower tier if your total point balance falls entirely below that tier's lower downgrade threshold. If a downgrade does occur, you can always climb back up to a higher level at any time by increasing your active VIP Points.
