Account Closure is a permanent action that deactivates your LuckyZino account. Unlike temporary measure like Take a Break, that allows you to return after a set period, Account Closure is irreversible. Once closed, your account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
How to initiate an Account Closure request?
If you wish to permanently close your LuckyZino account, please follow these steps:
Sign in to your LuckyZino account.
Contact our Support Team via the chat window.
Specify that you would like to close your account.
As part of the closure process, you will be required to provide a “confirmation of understanding” acknowledging that you understand the consequences of permanently closing your account.
