For security and compliance purposes, your account must be verified before your first redemption. This one-time process helps us ensure your prizes go to the right person and comply with legal requirements.

Verification Levels:

  1. Basic Verification (Required for all redemptions)

    • Identity verification

    • Address verification

    • Phone number verification

    • Bank account verification

    • Email verification

    • Maximum redemption: 2,000 Sweeps Coins per transaction or any other amount over any time that we consider necessary

  2. Enhanced Verification (Required for larger redemptions)

Enhanced verification is triggered when the cumulative value of a player's lifetime redemptions reaches 5,000 SC. This is a one-time process per player and includes identity verification and validation of the player's financial profile.

    • Bank account verification

    • Additional documentation may be required

    • Maximum redemption: 5,000 Sweeps Coins per transaction/day or any other amount over any time that we consider necessary

Verification Requirements:

  1. Identity Verification

    • Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID)

    • Must be current (not expired)

    • Must clearly show your name, photo, date of birth, and expiration date

    • Must match the name on your Luckyzino account

    • Both front and back of ID required

    • Holographic elements must be visible

    • No glare or obstruction of important information

  2. Address Verification

    • A utility bill, bank or credit card statement, lease or rental agreement, mortgage statement, or government-issued letter (e.g., tax notice, social security letter). Documents must be dated within the last 90 days

    • Must clearly show your full name, current residential address, issue date, and the issuer’s name or logo (if applicable)

    • Must match the address on your Luckyzino account

    • Digital statements acceptable if they include all relevant information

    • PO boxes not accepted as primary residence

    • Temporary addresses may require additional verification

  3. Bank Account Verification

    • Recent bank statement (within last 3 months)

    • Statement must show account holder name, bank name, and partial account number

    • Account holder name must match your verified identity

    • We may use micro-deposits to verify account ownership

    • Joint accounts acceptable if your name is listed as an account holder

  4. Tax Documentation (for redemptions totaling $600+ annually)

    • Completed W-9 form with your:

      • Full legal name

      • Current address

      • Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN)

      • Signature and date

    • Information must match your verification documents

How to Complete Verification:

  1. Log in to your Luckyzino account

  2. Go to "Account Settings" > "Verify"

  3. Upload clear photos or scans of your verification documents

    • Files must be in JPG, PNG, or PDF format

    • Maximum file size: 5MB per document

    • All text must be clearly visible

    • Color images preferred

    • Scans must be complete (all corners visible)

    • Take photos in good lighting with no glare or shadows

  4. Complete the phone verification

  5. Submit your documents for review

  6. Wait for verification approval

    • Typically completed within 24-48 hours

    • You'll receive an email notification once verified

    • If additional information is needed, you'll be contacted via email

For additional security, we may request a selfie holding your ID or a video verification call for certain high-value redemptions or if there are discrepancies in your documentation.
