Contact the support team via the chat window or at support@luckyzino.com
Add the following information to your message:
Order/Transaction ID (found in your purchase history)
Date of purchase
Last 4 digits of the credit card used
Amount charged
Detailed reason for refund request
Any relevant screenshots or documentation
Submit your request.
Our finance team will review your request (the whole process may take up to 30 business days)
For credit card refunds, please note:
Refunds are credited back to the original card used for purchase
The refund may appear as a separate transaction, not as a reversal
Your card issuer's policies determine when the refund appears on your statement
- Some card issuers may convert the refund to a statement credit rather than returning funds to your available balance
