If you believe you qualify for a refund on a credit card purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Contact the support team via the chat window or at support@luckyzino.com 

  3. Add the following information to your message:

    • Order/Transaction ID (found in your purchase history)

    • Date of purchase

    • Last 4 digits of the credit card used

    • Amount charged

    • Detailed reason for refund request

    • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

  4. Submit your request.

  5. Our finance team will review your request (the whole process may take up to 30 business days)

For credit card refunds, please note:

  • Refunds are credited back to the original card used for purchase

  • The refund may appear as a separate transaction, not as a reversal

  • Your card issuer's policies determine when the refund appears on your statement

  • Some card issuers may convert the refund to a statement credit rather than returning funds to your available balance
