If you've moved to a state where Luckyzino is not available (Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington), or outside the United States:

• Account Restrictions: Unfortunately, you will not be able to play or purchase Gold Coins while in a restricted location.

• Existing Balance: You will retain access to your existing balance and can request a redemption of any eligible Sweeps Coins.

• Limited Account Access: You'll still be able to log in to manage your account, but gameplay will be disabled.

• Redemption Process: You can request a prize redemption by contacting customer support.

• Account Status: Your account will be placed in a "restricted" status rather than closed completely.

• Future Access: If you move back to an eligible location in the future, you can contact us to reinstate full account access (address verification will be required).
