There are a few possible reasons why your registration won't go through.

You May Already Have an Account

Luckyzino allows only one account per player. If you’ve registered before, you won’t be able to create a new account using the same email, Facebook, or Google login.

• If you’re unsure whether you already have an account, try recovering your login details by tapping “Forgot Password” on the login screen.

• If you previously signed up using Facebook or Google, make sure you’re trying to log in with the same option.

Accessing from a restricted territory

One possible reason why you are unable to create an account is that you are currently in a restricted territory where LuckyZino is not accessible.

The following locations are restricted:

• The states of Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, and Washington 

• Outlying U.S. territories or possessions
